Faculty of Management was established in 1972 as part of the University of Warsaw. It is the oldest management school in Central and Eastern Europe. Nowadays, it is one of the most respected management education and research centers in Poland and East and Central Europe.

Ph.D. Magdalena Klimczuk-Kochańska is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. Her research interests lie at the intersection of management and economics, with a focus on sectoral analysis and labour market dynamics. In her work, she investigates innovation within the agrifood sector, the development of industrial clusters, and challenges in human resources, including employment in niche professions, employee outplacement, and the professional activity of older workers.
Ph.D. Justyna Szczepanik
Climate change, environmental protection, sustainable development
Justyna Szczepanik is a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, specializing in climate change, environmental protection, and the green transition. Her research focuses on enhancing climate innovation and green skills, particularly in the areas of reskilling and upskilling related to the climate crisis and the concept of a just transition. She has also served as Deputy Member of the Monitoring Committee for the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, and Environment Programme, which is coordinated by the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy in Poland.

Ph.D. Magdalena Marczewska is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw, where she specializes in innovation and technology management. Her professional experience, spanning both academia and the business sector, combines scholarly research with practical applications for industry and policy. She has served as project leader or principal investigator on multiple research projects commissioned by institutions such as the European Commission, Polish Ministry of Environment, World Intellectual Property Organization, Polish Patent Office, the Polish National Science Centre, and the Polish Agency for Academic Exchange.
